Who is behind this site
Une Empreinte is not yet another company: it is the events service of Synap’Link — the same business, at the same address, with the same person at the other end of the line.

The publisher
Ashot Avakian is responsible for the publication of this site and its editorial content. In Belgium, the VAT number and the company number (BCE) are one and the same: the one above.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (vercel.com).
Accounts, projects and uploaded photos live in a separate database, described along with our other providers in our privacy policy:
- Vercel Inc. — Hosting of the site and its pages (United States).
- Supabase Inc. — Database, accounts and gallery photos (Zurich, Switzerland).
- n8n — Formatting and sending of e-mails (instance run by Synap’Link).
- Infomaniak — Business mailbox our messages are sent from (Switzerland).
- Stripe Payments Europe, Limited — Online payment of orders — and, for fraud prevention and its legal obligations, a data controller in its own right (Dublin, Ireland).
What belongs to us, what belongs to you
The Une Empreinte brand, the visual identity, the invitation designs, the drawn ornaments, the filmed sequences, the texts and the code of this site are the exclusive property of Synap’Link. Reproducing, adapting or reusing them, in whole or in part, requires our prior written consent.
Your content remains yours. The first names, the story, the photos and everything you put on your site belong to you. We do nothing with them other than what you entrust them to us for: showing them on your site and keeping them for the agreed period. We do not sell them, we do not transfer them, and we do not show them elsewhere — not even as an example — without asking you.
Sites published by our customers
Each event site is written by the couple who orders it, and they are answerable for it: the texts, photos and information they put on it are theirs, and we do not review them before they go live.
If content published on a site we host seems unlawful to you or infringes your rights, write to us at info@synaplink.be with the link concerned and the reason. We examine every report and may remove the content or close the site.
Availability and links
We do everything we can to keep the site and the event sites accessible, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted service: maintenance, an outage at a provider or a network incident may make them temporarily unavailable.
Some pages link to third-party services — directions opened with a map provider, for example. We have no control over their content or their practices, and using them is subject to their own terms.
Applicable law
This site and its content are governed by Belgian law. The terms of sale, remedies and competent courts are set out in our terms and conditions of sale. If you are a consumer, you retain in all cases the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the country where you live.
